Aerial yoga is a combination of yoga, fitness and acrobatics.

The fabric serves as a helping hand because it enables the performance of a large number of movements that are impossible without it. Thus we increase the flexibility of the body, we strengthen, correct and stretch the spine, and different positions favorably affect the nervous and endocrine system.
The special benefit of this type of yoga is that due to the floating in the air there is no pressure on the spinal vertebrae, neck and head. Stretching helps or improves circulation and releases and lubricates the spinal discs, which is very effective in back pain.
